Biography Rev. Dr. Steve Locke recently retired having served 42 years in the ministry. He has served as Presbyterian Pastor and Chaplain during that time. His recent church was First Presbyterian Church of El Cajon where he served almost 18 years. He has worked extensively in the presbytery as moderator, PJC Moderator and Moderator of the Christian Education Committee to the General Assembly. He has also taught theology in two universities and Bethel Seminary. He has three children with his wife Christine and has just experienced the excitement of being a grandfather for the first time in March.
